| WST (Well Stimulation Tool)
This tool actually pre-dates the StimGun Group. Bob Haney and David Cuthill ran thousands of feet of this product in Canada - very successfully. This was the first propellant tool where the burn rate was optimized using downhole pressure data.
It is primary use is for conveyance on wireline. It has an exposed (wet) ignition system - 40 gr det cord and cap. It was thought that the HST would completely replace the WST, however, we will be reintroducing a new version of WST later this year.
HST (Horizontal Stimulation Tool)
This "stick" tool utilizes are sealed (dry) ignition system. It is used for both wireline and TCP operations.
As with the WST - it will be re-introduced to the market later this year.
